  • Enter your order
  • We prepare your design or letterings
  • If the design is simple and straightforward, we process right away, if it gets complicated, we contact you and send you a proof for approval
  • We embroider and ship your order within 14 business days

Don't forget the production time. Allow about 2 weeks from the time you place your order until your order is shipped to you.
