Please note that your order is a custom work and
takes time to complete regardless of quantity ordered. We ship custom
orders as soon as they are complete, most orders are shipped after 4 days, or
within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the quantity or size of the order.
Please allow for production time which includes
sourcing out raw and blank materials to produce your item. You can choose the
Express shipping for us to know that you want your order ship right away
or you can put a note on the Special Notes box on the order
page the date you need your order to be delivered.

Delivery:
The following are estimate for domestic
shipping/delivery dates only. We ship thru the US Postal Office (USPS). Economy
shipping is USPS Standard (3-10 ship days); Priority Mail (3-4 ship days)
depending on destination.
For International Orders: Shipping is thru US Postal
office. We prepay duties and taxes in the US. It is the customer's
responsibility, if applicable, to pay custom duties and taxes
incurred by its local post office.
Please provide a valid email
address where you can easily respond on some questions we
may have regarding your custom order. Unanswered questions may delay completion
of your order. We respect your privacy, we do not share or sell your personal
info, including email address.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Make sure you receive ordered item! If the shipping address is not entered
correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. We are not held
liable for package undelivered or return to sender due to inaccurate
address. You will need to pay for reshipping if you request to mail it again.
